Installation and Commissioning:
With it's team of specialists, ACRS can de-commission, transport, provide all overhead and transfer track requirements, install, commission and subsequently train all operational staff and engineers for the full range of Gerbercutters. ( see Cutting Room Relocations below )
Service, Maintenance and Repairs:
ACRS provides scheduled maintenance and repairs, major service work, plus complete overhauls if required at competitive rates.
Emergency Call-outs:
ACRS provides an emergency call-out service at competitive rates.
Telephone Support:
Contracts are offered providing direct access to an experienced, Gerber trained engineer both during office hours and 'out of hours'. A large number of faults can be diagnosed this way, cutting the amount of down time dramatically and eliminating the need for many on site visits.
System Audits:
This service provides the customer with an independent, detailed, professional report on their own system or a system they are intending to purchase.

Cutting Room Relocations:
In conjunction with JMS Services, ACRS is able to offer an International service relocating Gerbercutters, together with a wide range of spreading machines and other cutting room machinery. Numerous installations have been carried out in many parts of the world.
